I'm not going to lie - there's a tear in my eye, as I write about this book about saying goodbye...

A beautiful tale of love, loss and remembrance, told in a gentle rhyme, as we follow the journey of a young girl coming to grips with her ill nana and the fact that she can't make her better, but she can make her smile....
It's a sad story, definitely, but with a positive message if love and remembrance, and the good memories created being a source of comfort for the young girl after her Nana is no longer here.
Beautifully told by Charissa Coulthard ( based on real life experience) and similarly beautifully illustrated by Sam Usher, it will definitely bring a tear to your eye, firstly of sadness, I suspect, but then of gladness and good memories as the little girl finds objects that remind her of good times shared.

Thank you to Ellen at Simon and Schuster for a copy of the book to review and a spot on the blogtour.

Paddleboarding is also a great way to observe wildlife. Many paddleboarders enjoy watching marine animals like dolphins and sea paddle board electric pump turtles. Birdwatching is another popular activity while paddleboarding. The quiet nature of the sport allows for close encounters with wildlife without disturbing them. This connection with nature enhances the paddleboarding experience providing memorable and educational moments. Paddleboarding thus offers an eco-friendly way to appreciate wildlife.
